• Industry Collaborations – Build a consortium of key stakeholders with strong innovation linkages to support innovators in strengthening their value proposition and refining their go-to-market strategy. Priority will be given to partners most likely to accelerate successful market entry.
• Co-founder Matching – Scouting for business development partners and entrepreneurs with skills that complement the founders' skills, and creating a platform for them to collaborate in improving the ventures.

Institutional Support

Supporting universities and research organisations to set up fully functional Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) that drive innovation, intellectual property (IP) management, and commercialisation. The program offers structured training, mentorship, and step-by-step guidance on developing the policies, systems, and frameworks essential for a TTO to thrive. In addition, it emphasises capacity building for TTO staff by equipping them with skills in IP protection, licensing, industry engagement, and startup support—ensuring they can effectively manage the innovation pipeline and create sustainable impact. Also includes Entrepreneurial Leaders' Training Program (ELTP) – a training set to equip institution leaders with innovative frameworks and methodologies to enhance innovation-driven enterprise development among faculty and students. Bridges the gap between institutional outputs, industry expectations and the broader innovation ecosystem to create scalable and sustainable solutions.

Student-Led Innovation

Empowering students to be active drivers of innovation within their institutions by providing platforms, mentorship, and resources to transform their ideas into impactful solutions. The program nurtures creativity and entrepreneurial thinking, guiding students in areas such as prototyping and research commercialisation. By linking learners with industry experts, investors, and innovation ecosystems, it builds capacity for startups and social enterprises emerging from student projects.
